The annual private capital research conference is a forum to explore the latest research advances in private equity, private debt, venture capital, and real assets by combining academic and practitioner perspectives. This academic conference will take place in Lausanne on June 25-26, 2020.
We are pleased to announce our two keynote speakers for this year: Prof. Josh Lerner, Professor of Investment Banking at Harvard Business School and Prof. Ayako Yasuda, Professor of Finance at UC Davis Graduate School of Management.
We welcome submissions of research papers on private equity (such as venture capital, growth capital, and LBO), debt (such as direct lending, unitranche and mezzanine, and distressed debt) and real assets (such as real estate, infrastructure and energy), but also, more broadly, papers improving
Topics: Prospective topics include, but are not limited to risks, performance and liquidity of private markets funds, direct and co-investments; the ecosystem of private fund managers and their incentives; funds of funds and secondaries; asset allocation and portfolio construction; private markets and ESG; as well as industrial and sectoral analyses.
Submission A (preliminary) version of the paper must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 31, 2020. Decisions will be communicated by April 30, 2019.
